When the Sabres returned to action Monday evening against the Islanders, the fanbase wasn’t sure how the team would play after a two-week hiatus with multiple players testing positive for the Coco (COVID-19).
Many of us, including myself, expected some flat legs and some sloppy hockey, especially against a boring style team such as the Islanders. But to no one’s surprise, the team found ANOTHER way to frustrate the fanbase.

Zero shots in the third period. Let’s see how the fans reacted.

You wonder why the fans yell "shoot" when we're in the arena.

So, as you can see things are just dandy in Sabreland (yeah sonk). Let’s move into Tuesday when the Sabres played another game versus the Islanders.

Rookie goalie’s 1st ever NHL win, a shutout. Two number 1 overall picks and two number 2 overall picks on this team. 7th overall in Skinner. Zero emotion, zero direction, zero inspiration. What is the character of this team? Anyone know? The decade long suffering continues…

Despite the team playing like garbage right now, Joe Konze Jr. reminds us NOT to blame our beloved captain Jack Eichel during last night’s Crossing Swords First Intermission Report:
This is how Sabres fans are feeling right now. Like literally EVERY SABRES FAN. @JoeKonzeJr @TrainwreckSprts pic.twitter.com/0c4blQ7fra

Stay strong Sabres fans, the night is dark and full of terrors (shoutout Game of Thrones).
