As a part of our new partnership, I’m going to Spotlight some of my favorite products each week! Previously a weekly update would not have been possible, but thanks to the support of our community and hard work of Del, Dan, and company, 26 Shirts has expanded to feature weekly releases on top of “Hall of Fame” collections. With Lent having just started, this week I have to focus on the special Dyngus Day shirts! 26 Shirts brought back a personal favorite of mine in the “Buffalo Polish” shirt.
This design features a classic Polish falcon with a Buffalo twist! The attention to detail in adding the pussy willows and squirt guns is an awesome touch! $8 from every purchase will be going to the The Luca S. Calanni Foundation.
The Luca S. Calanni Foundation celebrates the life and legacy of Luca Calanni by following his example of kindness and caring. Their mission is to help all children experience the joys of participating in sports, camps, the arts and other activities that made Luca’s light shine bright.

One shirt is nice, but Buffalo is the Dyngus Day capital of the world! Us Pollocks need more and boy, oh boy did 26Shirts deliver with the “Supa Dupa” design!
This shirt is surely to be a hit at your next polka concert! The design features a large pierogi with a play on Super Duper Mart (I’ve never seen one in WNY, but this is what my intern’s research[asking his parents] is telling me). For those of you who don’t know, Dupa means “ass”. As in: “Get your hands off the remote before I smack your dupa!” A common refrain in any Polish grandparent’s house! This design also benefits the Luca S. Calanni Foundation.
Both of these designs are only available through March 7th, so be sure to get your orders in now! Orders should be shipped and received in time for you to wear this while enjoying some Krupnik the Monday after Easter!
